Gamified eLearning (Storyline)

This course was created in Storyline 360. The game board acts as the table of contents and learners can navigate between customer sites using the arrow keys on their keyboard to drive the Amazon van around the city. As they roll over the unlocked customer sites, they are prompted to visit with the customer. As they visit each customer, they see narrated animations describing each customer’s unique situation. The animated customer videos were created using Vyond.

As the users learn about each customer, they were also directed to research content on the wiki pages that contain information about how to properly set up accounts in the sales tool. The wiki pages allows them to quickly refresh themselves on proper customer settings without needing to review the full eLearning in the future.

Learners are also asked to answer questions based on each customer’s unique situation. They need to listen carefully to fully understand the customer’s business needs and establish the best account settings for that customer.
