Scenario-based eLearning

The Fit Indicator course was created to introduce a new method for evaluating a customer service representative’s competency.

I designed the course and developed it in Adobe Captivate. I created all the graphics and course interface elements in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. The dial was animated at the beginning of the course and used various time throughout the course to explain the tool.

In one activity within the FIT Indicator course, learners were asked to review a scenario and apply what they’ve learned so far in the course. The interactive scenarios allowed them to review optional references in a notebook to determine if they agree or disagree with “Martha’s” assessment of a teammate’s proficiency, then receive feedback on their answer. Applying the content to a scenario allowed learners to demonstrate proficiency with the topics in a more realistic manner.
